Almond Butter Cacao Nib Quesadilla

Some days I just want to eat dessert for every meal šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø Iā€™ve been like that my entire life. There is no meal I love more than dessert! It might not be realistic to have dessert for every meal, however, I can make all my meals taste like dessert, canā€™t I?!āœØALMOND BUTTER CACAO NIB QUESADILLAāœØThis is a breakfast, lunch, snack, dessert! I think the only meal it canā€™t really pass for is dinner, but hey, your house your rules! šŸ˜œ

I love having this for an afternoon snack or breakfast with a cup of coffee. The flavor combo is unbeatable šŸ’Æ We ALL love nut butter šŸ„œ , chocolate šŸ« and banana šŸŒ together. I really do think those foods were just made to be enjoyed as one!

WHAT YOU NEED:

ā–«ļø2 Siete Almond Flour Tortillas

ā–«ļø2 tbsp. creamy almond butter

ā–«ļø1/2 banana, sliced

ā–«ļø1 tbsp. cacao nibs

ā–«ļø1/2 tbsp. coconut oil

.

HOW TO:

1. Place the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.

2. While the coconut oil is warming, spread 1 tbsp. of almond butter on each of the tortillas. Add your sliced banana and cocoa nibs on only one tortilla. Place the other tortilla on top to close it.

3. Once the pan is warm, drop your quesadilla in the oil and let it cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side, flipping when necessary, or until golden brown.

4. Remove from pan and slice into 4 sections. ENJOY!
