this recipe is perfect for a healthy breakfast option, mid morning snack, afternoon snack, pre workout snack, or a dessert! 👏🏻 there is barely any sugar in these which i love! the sweetness mainly comes from the bananas 🍌 and the addition of the walnuts 🌰 and chocolate chips 🍫 gives them that perfect little crunch! they are paleo, gluten free, sugar free, and need to be added to your to-do list this weekend! 📝
WHAT YOU NEED:
(yields about 18 cookies)
▫️2 bananas, mashed
▫️1 egg
▫️1 tsp vanilla
▫️2 tbsp coconut oil
▫️1/4 cup coconut sugar
▫️1 cup organic quick oats
▫️1 cup oat flour
▫️1/2 tsp baking soda
▫️1/4 tsp pink salt
▫️1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
▫️1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

HOW TO:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, use a fork to mash up bananas. Add egg, vanilla, coconut oil, and coconut sugar and mix together.
Add in oats, oat flour, baking soda, and salt. Once fully mixed together, fold in walnuts and chocolate chips.
Using a spoon, scoop tablespoon sized cookies onto your baking sheet and bake for 10-11 minutes. This recipe yields about 18 cookies. ENJOY!
