Cucumber Chive Sliders

Unpopular opinion - I don’t love snacks 😳 I honestly think I just don’t like them because I never know what to make or what I want. Indecisive at its finest 🤷🏼‍♀️ It has nothing to do with not liking to eat, bc we all know by now that I clearly love to eat! 😋 But this snack is not one that I am passing up lately ✨CUCUMBER CHIVE SLIDERS✨ they are so good & crunchy and have been hitting the spot lately. I like to top them with some pinenuts, or sunflower seeds for a little extra good fat and protein! The cucumbers are also awesome because they give you that crunchy “chip” feel but are a much healthier alternative! Mid-morning, late afternoon, after dinner, they can slide right into any part of your day! (see what I did there...😂)

WHAT YOU NEED:

1/2 large cucumber, peeled

2 tbsp @kitehillfoods chive cream cheese

2 tbsp nuts of choice (i like using pinenuts & sunflower seeds)

HOW TO - Take your peeled cucumber and slice it horizontally and then vertically cut them in half. Evenly spread your cream cheese on each cucumber and then top with your nuts! Nothing to it. Easy as it gets! ENJOY! 😘💙
