There is no better mid morning snack than a warm, fresh out of the oven muffin ✨MAPLE PECAN CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS✨ these kind of remind me of the mini-muffins we used to all beg our moms to buy back in the day, remember those?! but literally sooo much better & wayyyy better for you! these are gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, and you need them! it’s been getting pretty chilly lately and I’ve been craving warm, comfort food - in sweet form of course 🥰 these have hit the spot‼️

WHAT YOU NEED:
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/3 cup @lilys_sweets dark chocolate chips
1 @vitalfarms egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup @almondbreeze almond milk
1/2 cup @bobsredmill oat flour
1 cup @bobsredmill almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
dash (about 1/4 tsp) salt
dash cinnamon

HOW TO:
Preheat oven to 350F degrees and line a muffin tray. In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, coconut oil, egg vanilla and almond milk. In a separate bowl, combine flours, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips and pecans. Bake for 19-20 minutes! Makes about 10 muffins! ENJOY 🥰
