PB&J Protein Smoothie

✨PB&J PROTEIN SMOOTHIE✨ minus the peanut butter & minus the jelly......huh?! Technically it’s an almond butter & berry smoothie but I’m convinced it tastes just like a PB&J so I’m rolling with it 😋

In high school I had a peanut butter & jelly sandwich every Friday for lunch. In college I used to take a spoon dip it in jelly and then dip it in the PB jar and eat it by the spoonful. Nowadays I stick to making PB&J roll ups on a Siete wrap almost every day (you’ve probably seen them on my stories) but lately I’ve been slurping them down and it might be one of the best ways yet 🤤

WHAT YOU NEED:

▫️handful of ice

▫️1 serving of vanilla protein powder (I’m hauling Arbonne Vegan right now, but I also use a grass fed whey which is an excellent alternative - your choice!)

▫️1 tbsp creamy almond butter

▫️1/4 cup organic frozen raspberries

▫️dash cinnamon

▫️1/2 cup coconut water

▫️1 cup unsweetened almond milk

HOW TO 👉🏼 throw all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. top with additional almond butter and fresh organic berries and enjoy! 😋
