Quick Apple Cinnamon Pecan Oats

The breakfast bowl that I never want to end ✨QUICK APPLE CINNAMON PECAN OATS✨ This bowl literally tastes like a pile of pancakes 🥞 , but IMO BETTER💥Warm oatmeal, topped with pecans and pure maple syrup - I mean how could it get any better?! I love making this on a cold morning, or when I feel like I need a little extra boost in the morning. Filled with goods carbs, protein, & healthy fats, this bowl of goodness always keeps me full and satisfied! Plus, it’s a lazy girls dream 🙌🏻Start to finish takes me no longer than 5 minutes to make🎉

WHAT YOU NEED:

▫️1/2 cup organic quick oats

▫️1/4 cup organic unsweetened apple sauce

▫️1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

▫️1 scoop of protein powder (i think either pumpkin or vanilla tastes best!)

▫️dash cinnamon

▫️1 tbsp. peanut butter (plus more for drizzle)

▫️6 chopped pecans

▫️drizzle of pure maple syrup

HOW TO - in a microwavable bowl, combine oats and almond milk. Microwave for about 1 minute and 20 seconds. Then stir in your cinnamon, protein powder, and peanut butter. If too thick, I like to add a little extra milk! Drizzle with extra peanut butter, chopped pecans, and a little maple syrup! Healthy made EASY! 💯YUMMM!
