This breakfast✨SMOKED SALMON W. DAIRY FREE CHIVE CREAM CHEESE✨ will forever remind me of the days that I used to roll out of bed at 10am (probably hungover 😬) run down to Corner Cafe with @devoooo to grab a very needed large iced coffee ☕️ with a bagel 🥯& lox, and then head down to stroll the Cliff Walk before having to head off to work for the night to serve endless cocktails 🍸 before getting to sit back and enjoy a few myself and then doing it all over again‼️Even though same days that time feels like such a distant memory, they truly were some of the best days of my life💯 I made some of my very best friends and enjoyed every second of it…
Fast forward four years later and my life looks a lot different! In a good way though! ☺️The days of rolling out of bed at 10am are long gone, as are the mornings filled with a bagel and lox, however, this week I decided to make an at home version, and although its not Corner Cafe’s, and is certainly no New York style bagel, it definitely still hits the spot!
HOW TO - toast your favorite toast or bagel and spread about 1 tbsp. of @kitehillfoods cream cheese on each slice. Chop about 1 tbsp. of red onion and sprinkle a little on each. Top with smoked salmon (feel free to add some avocado) and serve with your favorite cup of coffee (mine is obviii @jot) and enjoy!
