The Best Dairy Free Mashed Potatoes

Smashed potatoes or mashed potatoes? 🤷🏼‍♀️ Honestly, which is it because I don’t know…either way, I don’t really care because these might actually be✨THE BEST DAIRY FREE MASHED POTATOES✨I’ve ever had. Soooo creamy, so fluffy, they taste restaurant worthy to me! The game changer in this magical side dish is the usage of the kite hill chive cream cheese….ohhhh em gee! 🤩 Makes such a creamy, flavorful bite! I served these with a jalapeño meatloaf last night! So good! Took me right back to my moms kitchen! 🥰 These mashed potatoes will go great with anything though! Chicken, seafood, beef, whatever you’re feeling! Plus they are dairy free & the best part is you would never know! 💯👏🏻

What You Need (serves about 4)

- 5 red bliss potatoes (skin on)

- 1 tbsp. vegan butter (optional)

- 1/4 cup @kitehillfoods chive cream cheese

- 5 tbsp. unsweetened @silk almond milk

- 1/2 tsp. himalayan pink salt

- 1/2 tsp. black pepper

- 1 tsp. garlic powder

HOW TO - Cut potatoes into fours and boil in a pot of water until you can stick a fork through. Drain the water and add the remaining ingredients. Smash with a fork or whatever you have and then finish them off by whipping them with a handheld mixer to get that extra creamy feel! Enjoy!
