I made these cuties with small tortillas but feel free to use one large one! It will be much easier! I feel like these are just a trendier way to eat a quesadilla but hey, I’m here for it. WHAT YOU NEED:
▫️2 @sietefoods almond flour wraps
▫️2 @vitalfarms cage free eggs, scrambled
▫️1/2 avocado
▫️1 1/2 tbsp vegan pesto (i love @gothamgreens )
▫️1/4 cup spinach, chopped
▫️1/4 jalapeno, chopped

HOW TO - I’m say with almost 100% certainty that we have all seen this done on tick tock by now, but if you haven’t here ya go!
1. Using a knife, cut one slit in your tortilla from the center to the edge.
2. On each quarter of your tortilla lay a different ingredient. Fold the tortilla over in quarters.
3. Heat a medium saute pan with choice of oil and let cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side! BOOM, you did it. Trendy & impressed!
